The Lone Tree
The inspiration came from an elk hunt in Southern New Mexico in the 1990. I discovered a piñon pine tree standing by itself on a mountain ridge. It was old, weathered, and simply majestic. I was so impressed with the tree that I stopped to take pictures of it and eat lunch under its shade. While eating lunch I glassed the mountain side and found a wonderful bull elk that I was able to successfully harvest later that day. I have lost track of the exact location of that tree but its beauty reminds me of why we hunt. Whenever I see a solitary tree I can’t help but think of hunting and whenever I hunt I can’t help but think of that tree.

Lone Tree Shooter’s Supply is different that other gun shops. First, look at our hours. We are open when you are not at work. most shooter’s are working during weekday hours. We are open when it is most convenient for you to do your firearm shopping. Second, we specialize in stocking the best hunting and competition rifles available. As a hunter and competitive shooter, this is our passion. While we do have a large selection of handguns, we are known for our rifles. If you can’t find what you need in our inventory we can order it for you or assist you in transferring your firearm from another seller. Third, we are not just about firearms!
